| Nordberg CVB Series
screens The Nordberg
CVB series and inclined single-shaft screens make light work of
the sizing of coarse or fine materials. These screens have a
rigid steel structure that can withstand extreme fatique forces
as well as reliable, well-balanced mechanisms that will maintain
a sustained operation even in the most demanding environments.
The MV mechanism creates a steady and efficient vibration.
Available in four models in
sizes from 1500 x 4000 mm (5 x 13 ft) to 2000 x 6000 mm (7 x 20
ft) with 2, 3 or 4 decks.
Nordberg FS Series screens
The simple, heavy duty design
of FS series horizontal screens provides exceptional performance
for a wide range of mobile plant applications. Most components
in the modular construction are huck bolted in place.
Available in 9 models in sizes
from 1500 x 4900 mm (5 x 16 ft) to 2400 x 6100 mm (8 x 20 ft),
with 2 or 3 decks.
Nordberg TS Series screens
Offering exceptional
performance in secondary or tertiary applications and
particularly fine screening, the TS screen series is designed
for durability and dependability. The decks have three different
slopes with the angle of inclination reducing towards the
discharge end. The elliptical motion is created with a single
shaft and an MV mechanism located at the top of the screen.
Available in 8 models in sizes
from 1530 x 5000 mm (5 x 16 ft) to 2445 x 8200 mm (8 x 27 ft), 2
or 3 decks.
Nordberg MS Series screens
Nordberg "Banana type"
vibrating multi-slope screens are custom designed [and
dimensioned] to meet individual user requirements in mining and
aggregates applications. The linear motion is created by a
double MV mechanism at the top of the screen.
Available in 6 models in sizes
from 2400 x 6400 mm (8 x 21 ft) to 3600 x 8200 (12 x 27 ft),
single or double deck.
Nordberg Ellivar Series
screens
Nordberg Ellivar series screens
are large machines that can split high tonnage with great
efficiency especially with fine meshes (end sizing). Optimum
screening is achieved as a result of elliptical movement and
adjustable flow / counterflow, amplitude and frequency
characteristics.
Available in 3 models in sizes
from 2200 x 6100 mm (7 x 20 ft) to 2630 x 7625 mm (9 x 25 ft),
2, 2 1/2, 3, 3 1/2 or 4 decks.
Nordberg KS Series screens
These secondary series screens
are used for sizing coarse or fine materials, aggregate or round
and most wet applications. They are conventional inclined
screens using circular motion to reach optimum efficiency.
Available in 13 models in sizes
from 3000 x 1200 mm (10 x 4 ft) to 7000 x 2500 mm (23 x 8 ft),
1, 2 or 3 decks.
Nordberg H Series screens
Nordberg H series screens are
linear motion screens with self synchronized double unbalance
drives. The screens are specially designed for dewatering and
rinsing applications with high acceleration forces. The 40
degree stroke angle gives exceptional dewatering capacities.
Available in 11 models in sizes
from 3000 x 1000 mm (10 x 3 ft) to 6000 x 2500 mm (20 x 8 ft),
single or double deck.
Nordberg DF Series screens
Nordberg Duo-Flo series screens
are suitable for processing large quantities of materials in
applications with less stringent requirements on screening
accuracy. Duo-Flo is available in a primary and secondary
versions. The screen is composed of three decks, each in two
sections.
Available in five models in
sizes from 1200 x 1000 mm (4 x 3 ft) to 2000 x 1600 mm (7 x 5
ft).
Nordberg HR Series screens
Nordberg HR horizontal screens
offer the advantage of elliptical motion (horizontal and
vertical), resulting in higher capacity, faster conveying and
sharper sizing. The Nordberg HR incline screens offer a circular
motion.
Available in nine models with
1, 2 or 3 decks and in sizes from 1524 x 4877 mm (5 x 16 ft) to
2438 x 7316 mm (8 x 24 ft).
Nordberg IS Series screens
This new state-of-the-art range
of inclined screens offers limitless possibilities.
Incorporating an independent cross beam design and global MV
vibrators, the series gives end users optimal flexibility.
Metallic, polyurethane or rubber meshes can be fitted on the
same unit without changing the screen deck arrangement.
The screen can also be
converted from a dry to wet application without any
modifications to the frame, making it a uniquely economical
solution.
IS Series screens are built in
imperial dimensions for the US market. Available in 14 models
from 1500 x 4800 mm (5 x 16 ft) to 2400 x 6100 mm (8 x 20 ft).
Nordberg SH Series screens
The circular motion that is
characteristic of the Ripl-Flo mechanism makes the Nordberg SH
Series particularly well suited for high efficiency, large
capacity size separations. All models are manufactured with a
heavy duty cross member that helps provide a sturdy long-lasting
screening solution for a variety of needs.
For consistent performance in
high tonnage operations such as coal, minerals processing and
large-scale aggregate production, the SH series inclined screens
not only deliver precise products but are built to last.
Available in 19 models from
1219 x 2438 mm (4 x 8 ft) to 3048 x 7315 mm (10 x 24 ft).
Nordberg Low Head Series
screens
Nordberg Low Head Series
Screens are heavy duty horizontal screens that are used in a
wide range of applications such as mill discharge screening,
scalping, and fine wet screening.
The Low Head screen design
incorporates optional, huck bolted construction to eliminate
stress points and improve structural integrity. Other features
include a modular design for ease of maintenance, abrasion
resistant wear protection, and compact overall height.
Available in 20 models in sizes
from 1200 x 3600 mm (4 x 12 ft) to 3600 x 8500 mm (12 x 28 ft).
Nordberg TY Hummer Series
screens
Marketed under the Tyler brand
name, the Hummer series high-speed screens are designed for fine
dry screening. Their advanced technology uses gravitational and
vibration forces to separate coarser particles from the screen
surface, allowing finer particles to pass through.
Available in 7 models in sizes
from 914 x 1524 mm (3 x 5 ft) to 1219 x 6096 mm (4 x 20 ft).
