Vibrating Equipment - Feeders and Scalpers

Nordberg VF Series feeders

This new range of feeders is engineered for continuous use in hard and abrasive material applications. The feeder design combines a robust frame and high feeding capacity to yield excellent performance. Incorporating the latest technology, the VF Series feeders utilize the famous Nordberg modular MV Series vibrators.

Available in 13 models in sizes from 1100 x 4200 mm (43 in x 14 ft) to 1800 x 6100 mm (71 in x 20 ft).

Nordberg TK Series feeders

Nordberg TK Series feeders are available with a solid pan, screen mesh or grizzle bars. The TK Series has been designed to be compact in size, light in weight, yet well suited for hard rock applications. These vibrating feeders utilize grease lubricated unbalanced vibratory motors to create a linear motion.

The TK Series vibrating feeders can be used for feeding, transporting, scalping and screening materials. Most of them are available with squirrel cage motors or hydraulic drives.

Available in 11 models from 1660 x 1008 mm (65 x 40 in) to 4370 x 1172 mm (14 x 4 ft).

Nordberg HREF (Eliptex) feeders

The Nordberg HREF (Eliptex) feeder is built for long-lasting durability. Adjustable grizzly openings and an adjustable deck slope offer great application flexibility.

The extra heavy duty construction gives the necessary strength to cope with the impact of large rocks. Heavy tubular beams, an egg crate construction and extra thick deck plates help resist twisting. This vibrator produces a unique, elliptical motion with both horizontal and vertical components.

Available in 20 models in sizes from 1016 x 4267 mm (40 in x 14 ft) to 2794 x 9144 mm (110 in x 30 ft).

Nordberg SC Series feeders

The SC (SCFD) feeder is engineered with the ultimate MV vibrator and a unique grid style frame. The vibrator produces a straight line adjustable motion and utilizes counterweights to allow quick and simple throw adjustments.

This flexibility eliminates the need to switch shafts or to move to the next vibrator assembly when application changes are required. The proven design of the Nordberg SC feeder has been chosen for thousands of installations around the world.

Available in 13 models in sizes from 1067 x 4267 mm (42 in x 14 ft) to 1829 x 7315 mm (72 in x 24 ft).

Nordberg SVLHF (Low Head) feeders

The Nordberg SVLHF (Low Head) feeder is designed to deliver dependable operation with minimum maintenance and to yield a uniform, continuous controlled flow of material. Normally mounted directly under hoppers or bins, these units will feed, convey and scalp. This combination prevents material from bridging inside the hopper and reduces the amount of surges going to the crusher.

The body has heavy steel beams for sturdy mechanism support and integrity. The self contained Low-Head mechanism, the mainstay of the system, provides efficient straight line motion.

Available in 19 models in sizes from 1100 x 2400 mm (42 in x 8 ft) to 3048 x 7315 mm (84 in x 24 ft).

Nordberg scalpers (EDB-CSB-H1R-AP)

The Nordberg series scalpers are used to separate raw materials into two or three fractions before the primary crushing stage. This scalping series is made up of different machines, which are EDB, CSB, HR, AP and HR.

All these scalpers feature grizzly sections for efficient separation of raw materials, a rigid feeder frame for high reliability and robust support steel springs to effectively take up the dynamic loads.

Available in 14 models in sizes from 1000 x 3200 mm (3 x 11 ft) to 2000 x 4000 mm (7 x 13 ft).

Nordberg TK Series offers 11 different freely vibrating chutes for rock solid applications.

Adjustable grizzly openings and an adjustable deck slope make Nordberg HREF feeders well suited to different applications.

Nordberg SC Series feeders use counterweights to allow quick and simple throw adjustment.

Rugged Nordberg SV Series feeders are built for long-lasting, maintenance-free operation.

All Nordberg scalpers incorporate grizzly sections for efficient separation of materials, rigid feeder frames and robust support steel springs.
